illusion !!
mood: distraction everywhere...

it will come to a stage where you must use you instruments.. it was my 1st time experiancing illusion the feeling was so funny.. you feel and see something but you must believe in your instrument pannel.. i am in my early stages but the illusion my instructor showed me was enough to convince me to believe in my instruments.. heheh.. your brain must disregard all the feelings and what your eye see and just believe your instruments.. this what we have been told..

Wednesday (until midnight) : A few showers, more frequent over the Hills. Possible thunderstorm. Humid with fresh south to southeast winds.

Thursday : Showers and thunderstorms, with local heavy falls and possible
local flooding in the afternoon and evening. Mild with light to moderate
southeast to northeast winds.

- Definition of thunderstorm: A local storm invariably produced by a cumulonimbus cloud, and always accompanied by lightning and thunder, usually with strong gusts of wind, heavy rain, and sometimes with hail. It is usually of short duration, seldom over two hours for any one storm.

Another, more minimalistic definition for a thunderstorm can be found in The Meteorological Glossary (2): "One or more sudden electrical discharges, manifested by a flash of light (lightning) and a sharp or rumbling sound (thunder.)

thunder storm + wind shear

yesterday weather condition:
Thunder Storm in the area...

woke up at 5:00, took a shower, prayed, had breakfast and went to prepare for the flight at 6:00 reached the college.. guess what the aircraft is unserviceable.. waited for instructor to come..

instructor: oki we will fly at 12:30
Majed: sure..

later in the day..

weather condition:
Heavy wind but within the aircraft limitation so i flown..
Shower rain in the area..
Visibility low..
cloud base 2200ft..

instructor: good condition for cross wind technique landing let go and fly..
Majed: yes sir.. lol nothing much to say..


my 2nd flight at 16:00 aircraft is getting refueled..

the wind was heavier, but for the 1st time i faced a Wind shear.. so hard to Control the aircraft..

Wind Shear, is rapid change in the speed or the direction of the wind, or in both, over a very short distance or altitude. Wind shear is a weather hazard...

2nd of December

2nd of Dec a great day in our nation. a day which no one can forget.. a day that United Arab Emirates established.. i wont talk about the history of the UAE because most of us knows the history so well but what i will say is that:
i am so proud that i born in UAE..
